Light not working

Hi, one of the spotlights in the bathroom will not switch on. Have tried the light in one the other fittings and it works so obviously this specific connector is the issue. Although it doesn't seem to fit in as easily into this one as when trying in others. Could anyone tell/recommend just from these two images what the problem may well be? Thanks in advance.

Can you post a shot of the rear of the Lamp?

That is the image of the light supposed to be connected and working now but it won't switch on.

Does it have a transformer or driver above it in the celling void?
