light switch wiring

I'm replacing a double light switch with another double but there are differences in the switches themselves. could someone give me the correct way to wire the new switch please

I think it should be, common setup stays the same, then the wires in L1 on the old switch will go in the 1 Way terminals on the new switch

That might be end of an earth wire that has been cut instead being terminated in a suitable terminal block. Maybe it is one of two earth wires. BOTH of which need to be connected to the front plate.
 
those are the only wires that are there.

You need to pull the earths that have been folded behind the box into it, and connect a link from those (They should all be connected in a connetcor block like the neutrals are - but then again, they should have been left in the box as well...)
