Hi,

I am hoping someone may be able to help me.

I bought those triple spotlights to put in my livingroom, I removed the existing rose's and there was in one - 2 black, 1 blue and 1 brown, and the earth, in the other there was 1 black, 1 blue, 1 brown and the earth.

The instructions that came with the lights told me to insulate the earth and put it back up in the ceiling - done!!!

I then tried putting the blue and brown wires in the terminal block, this didn't work, so i added the black ones to the terminal block - then when I put the switch on the lights in the livingroom came on, but all the lights in the rest of the downstairs part of the house will not go on.

Can anyone tell me where I have gone wrong

Many thanks in advance
