Hi,

The block of flats where I live (and we self-manage) keep having problems with pneumatic timer switches for the lighting in the communal areas, the switches are really awful, they are very difficult to adjust to get the timing right, and over a 6 year period 3 out of 7 have failed (permanently jammed on).

They are the same type as Screwfix sell for £18.99 (can't put a link as the Screwfix site is temporarily down).

Can anyone recommend a reliable type (doesn't need to be pneumatic, just fit on a normal single-gang box) to replace these ones with?
