Hi

I have a toilet with sink and it's tiled half way right round room.

The a top tile near the sink the compression joints are for hot/cold water with the flexi pipe attached.

Every 6 to 8 months limescale forms on the cold one and stops the water from flowing so I have to remove the tile and clean then fit a new tile.

Is the a filter or any device I can place on the cold pipe in the loft to stop the limescale forming at this point?

Thanks

I'm thinking krud in tank and that's coming through.
If you turn stop tap off will it still fill as coming from tank..

There is an area near me that's really hard water. Lime scale is off the chart yet don't know any with similar problem to yours.
Kettles and washing machine troubles yes

Will have a look tomorrow and confirm it feed is from tank or mains.

If from tank can it filtered anyway?
