Lintel advice

Advice needed please.....
I'm opening up a doorway from kitchen into a large pantry in a 1960's property. New opening will be approx 1600mm. The wall is single skinned and solid block. It doesn't bear the load of a wall above but does bear the 1st floor joists. The lintel will span 3 joists. Will a concrete one do the job?

If you're thinking of the 100 x 65 concrete lintels that you can buy at Wickes, I'd forget it. A 140 x 100 would be OK but heavy. Why not consider a piece of angle iron?
