I am trying to fit upvc slide door in between the door and the boarded window, see pic. the width of the door will be 2100mm. Hence, I need to brick up half of the door and half of the boarded window to make the required space for the door. is there any way I can do that without taking the two concrete lintels which are on top of the window and the door? they are solid concrete lintels and span over the two skins of the walls.

No you will need to get the wall propped, remove the 2 existing lintels and fit a new lintel, the existing look like boot lintels.
Looking at building regs and appropriate lintels designed by a structural engineer.

I'd have thought about and carried out that work before the roof went on, too.

Bet there's no CT in that wall either.

May need a sign off and/or S.E. input?

You could probably block up both openings and let those lintels cantilever what looks like a short distance. Then fit new 65mm concrete lintels above them which span the opening width (2400mm) and then just box in with timber and plasterboard.
