Little pipe in microbore radiator

Microbore Radiator working perfectly. Plasterer takes off and replaces today. Radiator gets hot then not. Discovered on a Diy site about little internal pipe. Didn't see it when rad came off and def. not when replaced has it broken off inside? how easy is it to replace and fit HELP!

If the radiator only has a single valve (ie on one side) then the spreader tube has snapped off, a new valve is expensive (£25 odd) though you maybe able to get a new pipe attached (someone on this site will know if they can be reattached). As it has broke you may as well have it repiped with a valve on each end of radiator, this is less likely to suffer from blockages to.

Take the rad back off an tip it up so the bit of pipe falls out ..the bit of pipe just pushes back into a hole in the valve give it a twist to lock it in place slide rad back over insertin pipe... If the pipe doesn`t come out you will have to buy some and the smallest length it comes in is usually 3metres but is cheap... Use enough to reach half way across rad
 
Thanks but then what ?does it just push on or screw on and how do you dimantle rad in future without breaking pipe please
