As I said, you forgot to mention said large house owned by plumber that you are jealous of, lives in an area of green belt. Planning permission refused.

Or, oh I was mistaken, yes the scenario can work, but his neighbours house is on green belt.......huge political problem. So both houses gat massively devalued, 1 is ok, the other on green belt cant afford the LVT and cant sell because nobody wants it. Result househokder goes bust.

But according to JohnD, LVT can be introduced with no need for total planning reform. :mrgreen:

Conflating a brexit decision with LVT isnt logical.

You want exact costs to know the impact? They are unknown. Cant be calculated. Does that make it tricky to calculate LVT?
