Load Bearing Airing Cupboard

I'd like to start with with an apology... as I know this has been asked a GUZILLION times.
I have tried to capture as much info and images as possible.
I am hoping to remove my airing cupboard and beams above it (once supported water tank until I went combi)
The walls are block (highlight orange on plan) and joist above it (blue on plan). However the walls are built on stud frame and have plasterboard on top of them before making contact with joist in roof (not great as there is a loose gap)
Any help greatly received

Can I also remove the two very large beam/planks that once carried the chipboard for cold water tank in loft (pic 4). They don't brace or hold anything do they?
Should I also add some cross bars?

If they're just resting on the joists then yes they'll just be to carry the weight of the tank, so you can get rid.

Be sure there's not inadvertently holding the ceiling together though, i.e. there should be no breaks in the joists, and where they are, at loft hatch for instance, they are securely braced to their neighbours.

Great.
Where they are the joist below is doubled up. Also there is no strut to roof pitch, whereas the other 5 joists are single with angle support to roof
