Lockshield Valve for UHF?

I have a single feed UHF pipe that heats the kitchen floor but it seems to take a while to heat up.
I have a Tado system and to save energy, I currently have it set to come on only when other radiators are on, but the other rooms always get to temp first and boiler continues running for some time after to keep heating the kitchen floor.

Like radiators, is there a lockshield type valve that I can adjust to try and get water through the UHF quicker?

There is a 2 port zone valve, so not sure if 'balancing' against all the other radiators is even a thing?

Underfloor is not quick to get warm it heats the slab ,needs to be on early

Your not supposed to try to run underfloor like a rad system.
Should be run separately from rest of rad system
Needs a thermostat that is capable of backset temperatures.
Ie if your target temperature is 20C backset should be no less than 16C
Assuming correct installation and insulation your kitchen will then be warm and more cost effective to run.

Ok thank you. I don't believe there is a floor probe as there are only 2 wires coming out of the wall so no point me getting an independent wall thermostat as it wont give me anything different. I will continue to use it with Tado, but give it its own schedule. It will kick in based on room temp rather than floor probe temp though obviously.

Was just trying to keep the 'boiler on' duration as low as I can but not to worry
