About to board out my loft but the more I think about it the more it gets complicated.

or to use a stilt system from B & Q? or as I have recently seen on this site as well is a better stilt system with a metal beam and triangle legs.

Been reading about various products and all seem pretty easy to install but which is best?
My insulation is about 200mm higher than my joists, plus I've been reading that its not good to remove the insulation or squash it, which makes sense.
