Loft dampness

Could someone please advise.

I moved into this house in April and had the loft partly floored for storage.

When we go into the loft, the felt on the ceiling has lots of water drops on it from condensation, the tongue & groove flooring also has drips of water on it.

Is this normal because of the weather changes etc. The house was built in July 2002.
