loft insulation over recessed bathroom lights

Upgrading loft insulation. At moment 100mm glass fibre just pulled back a bit from halogen lights protruding through ceiling and open to loft "air". Lights are proper sealed ones for bathrooms. Want to add further 200mm of insulation over joists covering lights. Thinking of making some covers to keep gf from coming into contact with lights.

Any suggestions gratefully received>
