I have discovered I currently have no loft insulation at all. Current thinking is to board out loft for storage and as I only have 4x2 joists in my loft I would appreciate it if somebody could recommend what would be the most efficient insulation under 100mm. I appreciate it is nowhere near the recommended thickness but I guess some loft insulation is better than none and I really don't want to go to the additional hassle and cost of installing higher joists at this time
