Just went to change my ballcock in the loft as its an older part 1 which is leaking and coming out the overflow during the night. The one I bought is 1/2” but when I disconnected the main pipework, its bigger. What size is this, would it be 3/4”? Ill just need to get a cross over back down to 1/2”. On the plus side, because I took the old ballcock off, it made it a lot easier to bend so it no longer leaks now
