longer handled scraper avaiability

Is it possible to buy a long handled scaper e.g. 1 metre in lengths as i want to strip the landing paper, I am quite tall and can reach most of the sidewall of the stairs from the landing but I need something just a bit longer to get right to the ceiling. I dont weant to mess around with the 2 sets of ladders and walk the plank thingy

I would suggest something like the following and insert a length of copper pipe, tube, rod or similar that fits to the length you need into the end.

Checkout screwfix, they do or at least did the Rodo at just under 30".
