Hello
When I open the hatch in my ceiling that is leading to the loft there is a wooden climbing folded ladder attached to it.
This ladder has a safety pin screw that prevents it from opening when the hatch is being brought down.
That safety pin is broken therefore if I don't hold the ladder when I lower the hatch it can open and hurt someone.
I would like to replace this particular part in the ladder but have no idea where to start looking from and before you ask me to go to whoever sold it to me I didn't buy it, I got the house with it
