Looking for ideas for easy eaves storage

Want an easy way to make good use of eaves space in loft conversion.

One idea is to get some kitchen cupboards and install without the feet or backs. I have a bit of worktop left over from when my kitchen was updated 2 years ago.

But I am sure there are much better ideas.

I am not by any stretch of the imagination a carpenter, but I do own an electric jigsaw, so some DIY is possible!

Ebay sells 1000mm base for £40, 1200mm base at £60, [delivered]don't need anything special for the loft?

It is for a new office room, so not a loft, a proper room with a carpet and lights and everything!
