loss ofwater pressure with valiant turbo boiler

i had a vailiant boiler turbo max plus boiler and a triton shower fitted 5 years ago ,the shower works off the boiler and worked fine, but gradually the water flow has reduced considerablly.i am under b gas home care but when i mention this on the service they say its fine...

a work coleauge has exactly the same sytem yet his has a far superior flow rate ...any ideas please
