Loud banging from Hotpoint WM66 WM

Need some advice on what to change next?
Machine was banging loudly on cycles, so i had a look and found rear restraint spring was broken. I changed both springs just in case thinking problem solved!
machine still has a banging sound and I have spotted small dents to side panel caused from motor casing.
I'm thinking of changing both suspension struts next?

before fitting suspension arms have you checked the drum concrete counterweight bolts are tight ie no play between weight and drum or is it too late a reply have you sussed it.
