Loud vibrating sound in Megaflo Cylinder - sounds like a helicopter

Two Megaflo Eco Unvented Indirect Cylinders have been installed and worked very well for about two years. But from last Thursday, one of the Megaflo cylinder started internal vibration - sounds like a helicopter. This phenomenon of large noise is becoming increasingly frequent. Today, whenever hot water is used, this cylinder emits a sound that lasts for 2 to 5 minutes.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this and what I might do to stop it - it's very disturbing!

Have you considered re charging the air bubble, the Instructions should be labelled on the cylinder.
