Loud vibration from pipe work?

Hi,

I have a system boiler and hot water storage cylinder. Recently when hot water is drawn off a loud vibration starts in the airing cupboard that sounds like a horn?

Any ideas what is causing this?

Unvented hot water?

If it is then the system needs a service, as part of that service there is a safety device that may need re-charged and another one checked and cleaned. That should take care of the foghorn in the cupboard.
