Low Boiler Pressure

Hello folks,

I am trying to add pressure to this Ariston Eurocombi A23 boiler as its reading as very low, but I am struggling to see which valve I need to open as I was expecting to find a couple of black levers on either end of that braided pipe, thought I would ask here before I touched anything!

Right hand one has handle missing, turn it with grips (quarter turn).

As above the black handle has been snapped off, very common
