Just had the Hotpoint engineer round to look at our gas cooker (as it's still under warranty, only 8 months old).
Recently, the grill has stopped igniting and there's a smell of gas afterwards.
Everything else works fine.
Engineer just been round (I was out at the time) who told my wife there's low flow and he'll need to order a couple of parts.
As I wasn't around, I couldn't ask him any questions and there's no way of contacting him direct.
Was just interested to know what could be the cause of the low flow and potentially what these parts could be?
Also, what possibly could have caused the issue in the first place?
Thanks all.
