Low head pump ?

Just for information,

A friend of mine is having problem when central heating first start up drawing in air from the vent but cleared itself after 10mins, before moving the pump to a difference location can you get a low head pump such as approx 2m head, maybe this would solve the problem ?

It would be better to alter the plumbing to correct misoperation. Have seen 4 meter and 7 meter pumps but nothing low as 2m. If one was available, circulation might be so poor that boiler would overheat and lockout (if lockout fitted)
