Low pressure in Vaillant eco Pro tec 24

I have a boiler which the pressure has dropped to 4, it was 8 but I bled radiators and it dropped further.

I've googled and read about doing it via the loop - one end has a screw which when turned water comes out- it doesn't seem to be going through the other pipe - there isn't an islolation screen there is a little hole with a bit in it but it doesn't turn and

Not sure if this is an islolation screw and it's buggered??

You need to turn both screwdriver slotted valves to fill the boiler back up

I thought so but the top pic one won't turn, I've tried wd40 on it as well. I think the screw is buggered

Best to replace it with a filling loop wth handle instead of screwdriver slots, have you tried a few different screwdrivers and not a butter knife?

A butter knife is the one thing I haven't tried, but yep different screw drivers. Thanks
