Please bear with me here.
3 grey cables meet at the bathroom light pullswitch.
3 black wires are twisted together and covered in black tape.
3 Green/stripe wires go into the backplate earth terminal.
2red wires go into one two of the switch terminals and
1red goes into the other.

I want to wire in a low voltage fan transformer that has three terminals as follows..
Live in, Neutral in, & switched Live in. Can someone advise me please?

Thanks for that helpful advice.
Just one other thing I wanted to ask.

Does the low voltage transformer have to be wired into the light circuit,
or, is it ok to run it from a mains FCU, and if ok, what happens to the wiring regarding the Switched Live.
Does it mess up the timer etc???

The fan I have is a FERROB SL100LVHTS Humidity control - The fan will run will run when humidity rises over the pre-set level of 65% RH. Complete with integral timer (15 mins) with manual pull switch.

There are many ways to wire a fan and taking the supply from a fused connection unit is one option.

If the fan is an extra then how it's turned on is up to you but if required by Part F I think then it has to follow certain rules.

Where there are no windows in the bathroom then triggered from the light is an option but normally there are windows.

In which case although we can have the lights to trigger the fan there must also be a manual trigger for when there are no lights on. Do do that the norm would be to change the light switch to a double pole switch which can be wired in parallel with a pneumatic push switch.

If the window opens there is no need for a fan so you can wire it any way you want.

Now the fan you have selected it seems has a humidity control which is great for bathroom but not if there is also a loo. You need to read Part F and J carefully to see exactly what is required in your case. Because it has a manual switch this could mean there is no need for extra push switches or connection to the lights.

However the site you have linked to does not really say how it is to be wired so we can only guess.
