Low water pressure - only in kitchen

Hi all,

I’ve recently moved into a flat - about 5 years old. It has a dishwasher in the kitchen below the sink, as well as a bathroom.

The water pressure on the bathroom taps is fine, but the water pressure on the kitchen tap is so low. It’s practically a trickle. And the dishwasher won’t complete a cycle and comes up with the water supply light as if there is no water supply connected (but it is as it does start and you can hear water inside, but I assume the low pressure makes the dishwasher think the the supply has stopped).

I have attached photos of under the sink. Does anyone know why the pressure might be so low, and if it might be fixable?

Happy to get a plumber out but just want to check there might be solutions available rather than call someone out to say there’s nothing that can be done.

Also - the pressure is low on both the hot and cold water.

Unfortunately your pics don't show enough clarity on the water supply pipes ,or their isolation valves. The kitchen sink taps appear to be supplied with flexible ,braided, silver coloured hoses ,which do restrict flow to tap,however that wouldn't explain the dishwasher issue. Look at the silver coloured isolation valves ,and take more pics of them ,they may be partially closed.

I can't make out the slots in picture 2

are they in line with the pipes, or turned across?

Fit new full bore isolation valves.
