Lowering Ceiling

Hi Guys & Gals,

I am looking to lower the ceiling in my bed room as the above insulation to the neighbours is poor. I hear most things.

Does anyone know of any website or info.

I plan to use normal insulation between the original and new ceiling, is there any other method that can help.
