Can a LPG supply pipe run under a building? Its current position is ok, but there is an new extension to be built which will be right over it. Would it be able to be run in a perforated duct of some kind?

:)

I wouldn't like to be sitting watching TV with a gas pipe running under me

Can a CORGI registered plumber carry out the alteration work, or will it need to be the LPG supplier?

A corgi can do the work provided he has an LPG ticket.

Where is the second stage regulator in relation to the new building.

There is a control valve just outside the property on the outside wall, and the tank is about 40m away (is there another valve at the tank?).

I assume the control valve near the house will need to be repositioned along with the pipe to the house that would be in the way of the new extension?
