Lubricant for Sliding Door?

Hi all,

Wondered if anyone had any advice on a lubricant for a sliding door mechanism in a bathroom?
Got a Henderson Marathon (55 I think) set up, but it's rather dry and un-lubricated = horrific racket in the middle of the night when the missus needs to use the ensuite...

Give the track a good clean and then try some spray furniture polish, is surprisingly good lubricant without being oily.

Wow... Was mildly sceptical, but still intrigued... Gave it a go, and it's perfect! Just wiped down the runners where I could, sprayed along the rails and voila, running free. What a great tip - thanks!
