why m.s.j's topics or similar topics were locking?do you know?Is it related to their nationality?

Looks to me like it's because they're not about DIY, but rather specialist subjects, which I doubt many (not sure on this!) are qualified enough to answer.. For example: Protection of short line between power plant and substation

That clearly isn't something that many would know, and most definately isn't DIY.

EDIT: Apologies if someone does know this was generalising.

I hate people that generalise.. they're all the same
