Macallister Pressure Washer MAC1

Hi there, I recently tried to use my pressure washer for the second time, and it didn't work, which to me was a surprise since I had only used it once, however, if you have read the reviews about the Mcallister MAC 1 pressure washer, you won't be surprised. I have never read such a bad review. I took the pressure washer back to B&Q and they said I would have to ring the customer service line, which I don't have, and when I asked for it, they said they couldn't give it me either!!

Does anybody have this number..I think it begins 0500?! its on the manual!!

I think the buck stops at B&Q and, that you should go back there.

Mc Allister, is just a B&Q brandname so back to B&Q you go.

I also had a mac1 but to be honest i thought it was great.

I used to do car valeting so i used it everyday for about a year with no problems until one day the lance broke and started to leak, although the washer itself still works fine, so i thought i would try and get a new lance from macallister i have the number as if you look on the jet wash itself there will be a silver sticker with the details. I have tried to phone them and also looked everywhere on the net but with no joy, no answer on the phone let me know if you cant find the number and i will pull mine out of the shed and have a look for you.
