macerator question

hi, can anyone tell me what type of waste pipe to use for the outfeed from a macerator? i was under the impression that a single length of special flexible pipe made for the job was available but someone has told me to use standard rigid 1 1/2 " waste pipe and joints, won't the pressure force them apart?

depends what size outlet the macerator has.

but yes bog standard (no punn intended) waste pipe is fine, you could also use the solvent welded type which will never come apart
