Searching for a round profile with some sort of interlocking feature has just about done me in.
I want to make a log like building to be used as a workshop and have tried in vain to buy the materials only so that I can hand build the workshop in my own time and to my own spec .

There are plenty of kits around but I don't want these.

Any helpful suggestions where to buy the timber from would be appreciated

suspect it wont be redily avalable

your options are

try a company that makes them and try and buy timber from them

try a local timber mill or wood yard

try a timber importer

i suspect interlocking logs may be made on site because the movment issue as the timber settles would stop them interlocking properly if they where manufactured to long before

They don't use round timber , it's like T&G cladding but with half round profile, saves a lot in cost not using full timber, my son-in law is setting up as an importer soon , he will be getting supplied from Lithuania.
