Hi,
I came across the following post here in this forum:

My problem is this, I am using a Tridonic EC 13C102K ballast and attempting to power a PL-S 13W UV lamp. I believe this lamp is equal to the TC-S there in the UK. Anyway, the lamp will only flicker when current is running to it. I live in the US, so I'm using a good, heavy-duty transformer to step up from 110 - 220. I guess my question is this: Is it that the lamp and ballast are not compatible or that I'm running it on 60Hz instead of 50Hz (the ballast is rated for 50Hz). Or maybe it's something altogether different. Thanks!
Jon
