Mail order ladder delivery?

I bought a new ladder on Tuesday at about 1500 hrs.

The delivery company left a card at 0925 on Wednesday but did not telephone first as requested on the delivery details.

Today they seem to have done the same thing again.

How long will this go on?

Is there any solution to this problem? After three unannounced attempts I have a feeling that they will return the ladder to the suppliers!

How do others manage this stupid delivery company ( Night Freight ) ?

you don't seem to get on with other companies you have a falling out with triton now these maybe it's how you talk to people.

I could see one of those comedy scenes, where the ladder is never ending from the van....

And Benny Hill running around directing the efforts, with Norman Wisdom, being stuck at the end of the ladder. With his sideways cap on..

Or, you could have asked leave the ladder in the backyard..or with a neighbour...

I prefer Norman Wisdom, and Benny Hill turning up, maybe Kenny Everett for comedic effect?

Nah, the Chuckle Brother, would be too much to me to you, and Morcombe and Wise, would be too risque, and some woman had her skirt ripped off, while they spent time in bed together..?

Maybe postman Pat in that advert for Specsavers?
