Main Burner wont lite

Hi

New to the forum

Ok then i have a glowworm ultimate boiler.I cannot get the main burner to kick in.I switch on the boiler at the wall ,the ignition starts,the fan is spinning,the pilot light comes on and stays on but the ignition keeps on clicking....

Any ideas

Someone said it might have been a faulty solenoid

If the ignition keeps clicking, the pilot light has not registered as being lit.
In normal boilers it is the thermocouple which holds the pilot light on. The thermocouple is also one of the items that regularly fails in boilers.
I suggest you look for the thermocouple or similar flame sensing device as the problem. This can be caused by a low pilot or just failure of the thermocouple.

Sorry but this boilers elecrtonic ingnition he's alresdy said the pilot lights but carrys on clicking so the rectification probes not telling the board its lit. quesion is why. small pilot? faulty probe? faullty board? cant tell from here.
