Main combi 24HE leaking from diverter valve case

Hi there,
I have a leak from the diverter valve as shown in attached image, its actually leaking from the joint between the two halves, the bit that's held together by 6 screws.

I have tried tightening the screws but they are already rock solid tight, is there a gasket between the two halves or does the diaphragm acts as a gasket?

I have seen you can get diaghpragm repair kits?

A service kit is required. Comes with all relevant seals
