Not very difficult.
Your existing stat is daisy chained between the Fused Connection Unit and the boiler, so there are a few more wires than there could be.
For a Single Channel Hive (i.e. Hive for Combi)...
The 2 Brown wires in L, would both go to L, on the Hive receiver backplate.
The 2 Blue wires in N, would both go to N on the Hive.
Although not visible, there should be 2 Green/Yellow earth wires joined together behind your existing stat.
These must remain joined together and can be connected to the earth terminal on the Hive backplate.
The Grey wire in COM and the Black wire in NO, can be connected to terminals 1 and 3 on the Hive backplate - which wire goes in to which terminal, isn't important.
