Main Oven on NEFF U1421 not working

Can anyone help?
Red light comes on, fan goes around but no heat.
Cannot find a fuse, took the back off
some burnt marks - Aagh, this seems serious, but one of you out there is going to tell me it is just a 20p fuse

likely to be heating element, do you have multi-meter or continuity tester?

If you did have test equipment, you could test across the oven element for continuity, if there is an open circuit, that would suggest it requires replacing.
Replacing the element is not a difficult task, but isolate the circuit prior to removal, the fact you have red indicator light coming on would suggest that power is getting to the appliance, this vid my help.
