Hi guys,
we currently have a 25mm mains pipe running from the meter to the house, the water company have advised that we have a 15/20mm meter fitted.
We need to run a T off this supply line to the other side of the house, this supply is only going to be used for a few days a year when we hold a show on our field that requires the use of some 50,000 gallons of water that will need to be taken over the period of just a few days.
So, the question, will it make any difference to the flow rate achieved by increasing the size of the pipe we run from to 32mm or 50mm as it's being taken from a 25mm feed line or do we stick with the existing size pipe.
Thanks
Iain
