maintaining roof/gutters with a conservatory in the way?

We're moving soon and are considering installing a conservatory.

The only thing putting us off the idea is maintenance of the roofline/gutters etc. where the conservatory is in the way of access.

Please could somebody tell me how this is done?

there is'nt an easy way to access the roofline/gutters once the conservatory or any other addition to the property is built.
before building the conny you should make sure your roof, gutters facings and soffit are in a good state of repair.

access for maintenance in the future would be either off the roof or a couple of tower scaffolds with a youngmans board bridging the conservatory.
