making boxed in section with inset sink and back to wall bog

Hi all,

Is it easy to make a boxed in section the ends of which run wall to wall, with an inset sink and back to wall toilet with concealed cistern?

I intend to put a piece of white worktop on top and tile or plaster the face.

Is plywood a suitable facing material to be plastered onto?

How do I maintain access to the cistern / plumbing for future maintenance?

yes and tiling is ok.

make an access panel that is tiled if you put battern behind the ply then the access panel can be screwed in place when tiled using mirror screws and caps or similar idea.
