Hi all,
Would anyone be able to tell me what these markings mean on a title map of land?
It's unclear to me and there doesn't appear to be a key

The "lollipop" is (or, to be accurate, was) used to mark out a zone where none of the parcels of land are allocated an OS number. They have no other significance. They are typically found where open land meets a built-up area, but also where the enclosures are too small for the area of each to be shown.

The “S” is called a "brace" and this is indicating that the spaces so connected are included in the same reference number and area.

Thanks, so I can reasonably assume that the track belongs to the land to the south. I've learned something there.
