marathon 500B boiler wont stay alight

Hi
I have a problem where the pilot stays alight fine until the main burner switches on then after about 30 seconds you hear a click and the gas valve shuts off.I have replaced the thermocouple but the problem persists.
I suspect the pilot injector but any help will be most welcome.

Have it serviced by a Corgi engineer as Diy gas is a no no
