Margaret Fleming's carers claim she is still alive

Hasn't been seen for 19 years.

Disability Living Allowance (DLA) has been paid as she has/had learning difficulties.

No friends, no family contact, no job, no day-centre, no online presence, not been seen by neighbours.

The couple "looking after" her say she was in the house when the police arrived but dodged out through the back door without being seen, although "There was police at the back, police at the front, she could not get out of that door without being seen."

The garden has been dug up.

Sounds kosher.

Gosh what a terrible story.

Lets hope the police get to the bottom off it.

Sadly looks like an under the patio job.

Apparently she was required to attend an assessment for Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

PIPs I think are a terribly callous benefit system and should never have been introduced.

With the DWP and their Draconian WCA's even death is probably not considered a reasonable excuse for not getting a job.
