Matching a broken floor border tile

Hi
We have recently had a some work done and as a result a hallway floor tile (border tile) has been broken and is not proving easy to match. It is not a solid colour and the builders are saying we will have to make do with nearest match which is not great.

Anyone know if we could have a tile created to match this one broken one?
