Hi everyone
After some advice of those in the know if possible.
We have converted the garage at home and the builders have installed a bay window that’s supposed to be matching to the rest which are mahogany.
We knew the colour would be rosewood so slightly a different shade on the casing but what we were not expecting was a different colour lead and motif (flower in different shade) as well as actual smaller windows (in width.)
Is it the case that getting matching windows are difficult due to the way they are manufactured in current times?
We know at the least the colour of the glass should be a better match (as previously had matches for other windows from cloudy to clear) but are we within our rights to pull the builder up about the sizes (widths) of the windows not matching?
Sorry the pictures are not great but hopefully shows the difference in Payne widths.
